Return & Refund Policy — Lush Living

Thank you for shopping with Lush Living. We strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and in the original condition

    • With original packaging, tags, accessories, and any freebies included

  • Furniture and large/assembled items may be subject to different return terms (specify if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or altered

  • Custom-made or special order products

  • Perishable goods (if sold)

  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the defect/damage and your order number.

  • We will inspect and offer:

    • A replacement

    • A repair

    • Or a refund if replacement is not feasible

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos if the item is damaged/defective

  2. Once approved, we will share return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back as instructed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect item).

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different one:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Any price difference on exchanged items must be paid/refunded accordingly.
